We were at the end of your system... physically, so we had switched to FIOS. Has your service in PALM HARBOR improved, or will I be wasting my money going back to Spectrum.

Our problem is that we were physically at the end of their cable, so we got vad reception. They have not changed the routing of cables, so we would still be at the end of their transmission. I asked them if they have updated that system, and they have not. Thanks for taking the time to reply to my query.
