Our problem is that we were physically at the end of their cable, so we got vad reception. They have not changed the routing of cables, so we would still be at the end of their transmission. I asked them if they have updated that system, and they have not. Thanks for taking the time to reply to my query.
I live in Dunedin and love Spectrum because helps my video phone more easy for our deaf community to communicate to our doctors and others and it has number one service
