Been here 3 years now and still love it. Management does a great job at keeping it clean and safe. Can barely hear my upstairs neighbors. Pet friendly. Amenities are great. Will be renewing again!

Beautiful community nestled in on the bay. Close to beaches and shopping! My favorite part was waking up, grabbing a cup of complimentary coffee, going to the roof top patio and watching the sunrise over the water. Apartments are beautiful with high end touches, very clean and modern!

Hello everyone. My cousin lives here and I came to visit the other day. This community looks beautiful but I am very disturbed about the people who live there. It was a nice day the other day so I was walking around the pond (close to pool) when a lady (pale skin with a limp) came yelling at me. I thought she was in trouble so I walked towards her and she was screaming at me telling me she took a picture of me not cleaning up my dog feces and she reports people to the office for that. I was very confused because first I don't live there and do not have a pet but second that my cousin who lives there also does not own a pet. I was looking into moving there but now my cousin is actually looking for a new place. This place isn't what is seems even if it looks very nice. The lady kind of freaked me out and made me feel very uncomfortable to even apply.....

My husband and I love living here! The community is super nice and welcoming, the staff is kind and thoughtful, and we have so many amenities. It feels like a resort! The events are such a great way to get to know our neighbors too!
