We have no managers. Since then i gave them my key 2 weeks ago. Dude in the front desk lost my 🔑. I work 2 jobs now have to wake my wife up at all hours just to ket me in!! I can keep going about thats going on in this complex. But im not i just want my key back!!

I have been a resident of Bay Cove Apartments since June of 2019. Here's the only review you'll need to read if your Air Conditioning is important to you. For some reason, the apartment complex is almost allergic to helping someone with no A/C. I have lived in two apartments in this complex and neither of them have had functioning A/C. I have opened at LEAST 5-6 maintenance tickets PER APARTMENT about my A/C not working and either my ticket is closed without a response or if I magically do get a response, I get the runaround of why my A/C is not working with no solution. It gets put off to be the next person's problem. First, it was due to the filter. I swapped my filter every single month because the apartment provides them for free. Then the next time it was my Freon levels. Then we scanned the Air Vents with a temperature reader where it shows it's blowing 59 Degrees. It's one thing after another when no solution in sight. I have been here for THREE years and I have lived in TWO different apartments and I guess I am not allowed to have a working A/C unit. It's completely unacceptable. I have myself, my wife, and a 5 year old that goes to bed every single night dripping in sweat because no one cares enough to do something about it. I have SEVEN fans in my house just to survive. I have visited the office several times, numerous maintenance tickets, only TWO apartment visits and yet here I sit sweating as I type this review. I keep to myself, I pay my rent on time, and I don't bother anybody. I don't cause any problems or cause any trouble. I come home from work, park my car, walk up the stairs, and sit in an 85 DEGREE apartment until the next day to repeat the cycle. I just want somebody to care. Who is going to step up and take responsibility so me and my family doesn't have to suffer? It surely isn't the multiple maintenance guys I've spoken to, or the multiple office workers I've reported to, or even the assistant property manager I've spoked to on a couple occasions. It's not fair that I pay 2100 dollars in rent and I can't even get working A/C. For those of you coming to Bay Cove, the maintenance guys are all nice. The office workers are nice. The APM is nice. If you come to tour an apartment, you better crank the A/C and wait for it to feel cold to your liking before you sign a lease, cause once you sign and your A/C isn't working, then you'll probably be in the same position as me.

The main thing that let's this place down is its response to maintenance requests. I have a list as long as my arm of things that need done, and I could add to that, but I put in one request at a time. They say they have a 48 hour SLA to respond to these requests 😂😂😂😂😂😂 I have had a moldy bathroom cabinet for at least a year now! I've told them numerous times... the guy even looked at one time and told me it needs replacing! That was last months ago!

This place is awful and today has pushed me to leaving a review. My grandmothers car was towed after 1 night and there are no where near enough "visitor" parking spots as they get taken by other residents and the towing policy is not clearly posted any where but the lease. Thats a very predatory policy. The apartment I live in is awful down to the small details. My front door has about an inch gap that makes all noises leak in. The outlets are all hit or miss on whether they work properly. My ac unit caught fire due to faulty wiring a maintenance guy even stated that and the ACs are always clogging and breaking down ( even though they state in the lease they'll maintain it and change the filter they dont). The laundry rooms are awful too as the machines constantly break down and remain that way for a while. Everything in our kitchen is clearly suffering from water damage and nothings been done. its not worth the price for how trashy it is. I tried to give it a chance but im so glad the lease is up soon. horrible horrible horrible.
