Such a beautiful property! A lot of greenery. I absolutely loved the upgraded finishes in the apartment. The office staff Nora and Tim were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the community and area. I would highly recommend!

Ive been here for almost a year now and the amenities have honestly blown me away sense day one. The pool is beautiful and the grounds are kept very clean. Parking is an issue Ive had at soo many apartments I've lived at and Avana's parking has been nothing but a breeze, for me and when I have a guest visit for the day. We have gates when coming into our apartment complex that haven't been closed yet, so if that is really important to you its good to keep in mind, but that's the only remotely negative thing I could think to include for future renters. The women working in the office even remember my name whenever I go in for a question! Very sweet staff.

I've lived at Avana City Park since July, and it has been amazing! We have a wonderful apartment and it is a very safe community. The people and staff are nice, and the amenities are great! Maintenance is always timely and friendly. We feel lucky to live here!
