Entered Baptist Heart Hospital after having a heart attack in Mexico. Scope revealed triple bypass needed. Clog was so bad I was admitted on a Monday and prepped for surgery on Friday. I’ll admitted it happened so fast, I was scares out of my mind. Once I was admitted in to the heart hospital, the staff calmed me down and made me feel welcomed. I was immediately educated by doctors and nurses on the procedure and how many successful procedures they do a year. Day of the surgery came and surgeons came to talk to me and they were full of confidence ( Bates/Acosta) Before they left they looked at me and said “ Will take care of you and we got this” Their confidence reduced a huge amount of stress from me. Next thing I knew the recovery nurse was saying Hello. It was over and successful. Baptist Heart Hospital has the most professional staff that I ever seen. From the custodian to the Surgeon's everybody at Baptist’s loves their job and let me tell you, it shows. Love the staff but a shout out to Sam ( CNA) , Who I think definitely should be in an accelerated RN program. Tatyana (RN) another person at Baptist Heart Hospital with full confidence. For such a young person her skill level is out the roof. If Baptist has a PRN program, you better put her on that program, so you don’t lose her. My final take on Baptist Heart Hospital in Jacksonville is that everybody there take pride in their profession and they really love going to work every day. Highly Recommended .

From the first visit with Dr. Faisal Ahmad and Candice Vanderschaaf I knew I was in perfect care. They were caring, friendly, courteous and very professional. I felt like I was going to have the best care possible. I also want to say thank you to Trish Bologna. The actual pre surgery events were scheduled, and everything such as time, date and address were included. Day of surgery was exceptional. The pre surgery check-in was exceptional. Everything was performed in preparation of surgery. All nurses were kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Post-surgery was outstanding as well. Over all, it was the best experience I have ever had having to have surgery. I would love to recommend the Jacksonville- Head and Neck Clinic. They saved my live. Thank you

This facility has murdered two of my family members.....with a poor bed side manner and the negligence to the patients. they have no clue how to care for humans. 100% completely incompetent!!!!!
