The 10th floor was amazing. The staff was friendly and professional. Once I was moved down to the 5th floor though it was under staffed and there was no supervision. I discharged myself almost immediately. Very unsafe. I did have brain surgery you know, haha.

The people that answer the phone are horrible. She was very rude and was not helpful. I waited 3 months for the appointment and end up missing it because there was a car accident that made me late by a few minutes and she was very rude and basically told me to go elsewhere.

Yes, tests are reasonably quick, getting the results takes time. Sometimes as much as weeks..
