My primary sent a referral on 6/20. I've heard nothing from the scheduling team. After an extremely busy work schedule in August, I tried calling on 9/7 with no call back within the promised 24 hour time frame. I called again today 9/9, with no confidence that I will have a call back on Monday. This is very disappointing for a group that is so highly recommended.

I was called 2 days before my appointment that I had made 3 months prior, to let me know that the Dr was no longer going to be in the office and they needed to reschedule. They told me they would call me back with a rescheduled date, I have called every single day for 1 week trying to get someone to help me reschedule an appointment THEY canceled. I have spoken to 4 different people, no one will help me or reschedule me. I have been in pain since May and have waited patiently for someone to put me back on the schedule that they removed me from. I have no idea what to do from here, very disappointing.

**Disabled Veteran** In Dec 2021 I had surgery by this office. I have not seen any doctor or P.A. here since my post-op Jan 2022. Only a telephone call after that. 03/2022 my pain management clinic sent me for another MRI. Then, referred me back here Mar 2022 to review results with this office.. It's been 8 months since surgery and 6 of those months I've been trying to get an appt to go over MRI results. While trying to get an appt I've had severe issues losing over 25lbs all muscle mass & this is affecting my family as well. I left numerous messages for Kelly. Kelly NEVER CALLED ME BACK. After, numerous calls, Mr Albert transferred me over to Kelly one day. Long story short, All Kelly did was tell me she NEVER got my messages & why my appt would be canceled. Mr. Albert is Amazing and Compassionate.
