Ms. Kim was Fantastic 👌🏾 She made it very easy around my busy work schedule as a truck driver. She answered all of my 1000 Questions 🤩 She responded to my emails Quickly. I was in my new Beautiful Apartment in less then 2 weeks. I’d definitely recommend this Beautiful Complex to others. I’m so happpy I cried and hugged other people in the leasing Office!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Thank you so Much!!!!

BE AWARE DONT MOVE HERE!! THE WORST Do not move to this apartment complex. They will scam you out of all your money. The people in the leasing office do not try to help especially if you are black. They always give you an attitude and a nasty look before you even walk into the office. ((The assistant manager to be exact. ))They don’t try to help you if you need help they expect you to know how to do everything including their job! The people at the leasing office are fat and lazy and need to get a new career if they don’t want to help people when that’s their job. And they discriminate against POC, black people in particular. So if you’re Hispanic you’ll flourish over here but if not I would not waste my time trying to move here because they will do anything to get you out. And by anything I mean making up lies and taking all your money and leaving you high and dry all because they don’t want to deal with you/ do their job. You’ll be better off living in the streets than renting with them. And their trash compactor is always broken and over flowing. The gate is always broken as well. Just be aware before you apply here :) PS & it’s roach galore over there

I am utterly disgusted with this property at this point. Its seems as though the moment I resigned my lease my unit has completely fallen apart, my power has been off in my living & dining room for days. So I haven’t had wifi in which i work from home but im sure rent is still due on the 1st. My washing machine knocks viciously when Used. From the roaches trying to take over which I’ve bomb 8 times lizards outside yet im being charged a pest fee why? the mold growing in the bathroom I feel as though im living in a safari, I honestly want out of my lease!! Thinking of hiring an attorney that can assist because this is sickening. I’ve made phone calls and work orders & came in office nothing as been resolved. I don’t wish these living conditions on my worst enemy.

I have lived here one full year, and it is a very safe neighborhood and quiet. I have great neighbors, everyone looks out for each other. This is a great place to get exercise in or just wallk your dog up and downhills under the shaded canopy of the neighborhood. The neighborhood is kept clean, and the staff members are very professional and polite. This is an excellent place to live.
