The apartments are okay, The staff is always nice and understanding but i changed my initial review because there’s always something happening here. The gym opens and then it’s closed indefinitely after not being open since I moved in, the gate has been broken for a while and I kid you not there are four mysterious vans and trucks w people in them sleeping outside my building constantly. We pay for Vallet garbage but they never pick it up, we have two bags max 25 max guidelines , my bags are literally always light but the guys simply refuses to pick them up as well as two of my neighbors. The parking sucks & people will literally scrap and dent your car just so they can park closer or park behind you and block you in entirely. Inside my apartment things fall apart constantly, I never file work orders because something about a random man coming in my apartment when nobody’s home doesn’t sit right w me. Other than that the neighborhood is sometimes peaceful and my neighbor is nice.

My family & I are absolutely traumatized on the experience with Las Palmas Apt Complex Aka Ventron Management aka Azalea Hills Condominium. We were looking for a cheap reasonable place to move they were number on on our list because of the screened in porches. When we toured the apt I absolutely loved it because it was vintage & the space was great even though the apt itself had not been cleaned out from previous tenant & nothing had been updated like appliances etc. the price on the market web was 1475 . When we got to the leasing office to conduct business on pricing the leasing agent Erika “misplaced” my ID then told us a way higer pricing for the apt that was originally listed on the website. The day of our tour another couple was interested in the same apt so we left because we weren't paying 1674 for that particular apt. They called us 30 minutes later saying the manager Sasha Sanchez would drop the price to 1450. (1st RED FLAG) being that this “negotiation” wasn’t in writing we moved fast to proceed with application however we couldn’t complete application through the electronic agreement so I had to go in person to give them the rest of application fees(2nd RED FLAG)we called the next day inquiring about the apt & the 3rd leasing agent took my gov information over the phone to move the process along faster (3rd RED FLAG)between the last week in august - 2nd week in Sept this process was ongoing , misleading, & exhausting I have emails back & fourth between the leasing agent Erika explaining the situation of my name being on my mothers lease. At first they denied my husband & I because we owed our current apt complex the rental verification was definitely time consuming but we paid them off THEN they said because I’m a co-signer for my moms lease I can’t be approved THEN these people wanted me to make 3x the income for my moms apt which is 2400 a month PLUS 3x income for las Palmas which they technically cannot do…keep in mind I was co-signer under my husband as well. & on top of everything their application fees are non refundable. They knew we had only so much time to apply for this apt & get moved before our current lease was ending too !! “ it’s the lack of compassion for me” keep in mind I called them everyday inquiring about updates they never reached out to me. I even reached out W/ HR regarding the issue & they forward my voicemails to the leasing office ! Almost as if they didn’t even listen to the concerns. The manager was 38• HOT when I did that that’s why they kept giving us the run around. It’s quite sad because we could actually afford the apt & even when they told us we had the pay market price (the took away the negotiation price) we would’ve been great tenants but the discrimination I experienced & lack of knowledge from the leasing office made me want to share my experience. Not to mention the lawn maintenance is trash ! Hella uncut bushes and NO hay ! There’s a HUGE burned up building which has been there for 2 YEARS in the front of leasing office which is an eye sore & the property has trash everywhere ! And they still were acting bougie towards me & my family. The manager definitely didn't know what she was doing “ it was her passive aggressive attitude for me” I asked her questions that she had to ask her regional manager about… she would always say she’d call me back & never did I had to call her AND leave a voicemail & then she didn’t even ask the right questions that I was inquiring … she was always trying to rush me off the phone I feel like they sold the apt while our application was still open… I hope HR sees this review & I pray las Palmas has new staff members within a year.

I have been a resident at Las Palmas apartments for almost three years. I have not had much contact with the office staff; however, today, I was greeted by two excellent leasing office staff named Chanquell Rogers & Geraldine when I say these two rocks! I mean just that they are great and gave me the best experience that I have ever had with the leasing office. They were delightful and gave me excellent customer service. My experience in the past with other staff that worked here @ Las palmas was NEVER this pleasant. They need to keep these two as a face for Las Palmas Apartments. I will forever be sure to deal with these two beautiful souls. Keep up the great work. I hope this does not goes unnoticed. Thank you again! Geraldine & Chanquell!!!!!!!!
