Would give zero stars if I could. I ordered some shingles on July 13 that needed to be special order and paid in full. They said they would arrive "next week". After no phone calls or notice of any kind, I finally called them back on August 15 to find out what was taking so long. They needed to look into it and call me back... so I talk to them the next day and they tell me the order was never placed and that if I still wanted them it would be "another two weeks". They offered me a refund instead so I took that option thinking I would just be able to get it done over the phone. Sadly, no. I would have to come back in for the refund. When I offered to give my my credit card over the phone for the refund, he said it was company policy I had to come back in the store. Just pathetically bad customer service all the way around. Never again.

First time call. “We’ll get an associate right away” 7 minutes later no answer-eternal hold. 84 lumber now off my list and should not be on list of best lumber yards in Indianapolis. Waste of time.

I very much appreciate Kirk's professional customer service. I ordered a patio door through him, which was delayed because of Covid. But Kirk was very responsive and kept me posted throughout the process. When there was a small damage on the door, he went above and beyond to take care of it. I am a happy customer.
