Really wish I could leave a negative star review. Purchased and paid for in full back in 2020 a Lazy Boy sectional sofa. Had to wait 12 months for delivery. We needed a couch to sit on so we went to Rooms To Go Outlet and bought a $1000 sofa just to be able to have something for us and guests to sit on because our delivery date kept getting extended from Lazy Boy. Finally the couch arrives. It is beautiful, comfortable and fits perfectly in our space. 2 weeks later we noticed piling of the fabric. Called Lazy Boy and was told we had to "shave" our couch. Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Here we are 8 months later and 2 service calls later still being told to "shave" our couch! Our sectional looks like it is 10 years old. I am very disappointed and want the couch either replaced or recovered. So nice that the salesman is quick to take your money but fails to ever mention it is a habitual problem with some fabrics. I will NEVER spend my money with Lazy Boy ever again.

We made our third purchase from this La-Z-Boy Gallery last week. This goes over a span of about 20 years give or take. The last salesman that we had was named Brooke. He was very patient with us very thorough. Took the time to look up my prior orders to let me know how long it had been since we had made our last purchase. Can't say enough good about him or the store. I'm waiting on my last order to be delivered on Saturday. Highly recommend

Within the last two years I purchased two power recliners and two sets of recliners with consoles. The furniture was pricey but I figured that was okay since La-z Boy is supposed to be of good quality. Fast forward 1.5 years later, and the most expensive recliner breaks as I lean forward getting out of it. Something snapped and the chair now leans uncomfortably forward. I called the extended warranty people and they say it is a base issue, which is not covered by the extended warranty. I bought the extended warranty because it was represented to me that if anything happens with the chair during the extended period, it will be covered or fixed. Of course this now turns out not to be true. Nice false advertising and fraudulent business practices La-z-Boy. I called the store and spoke with the manager, who told me that I have to pay a service fee and labor to have the chair fixed. More than anything, I am disappointed. I have heard good things about La-z-Boy chairs and splurged to get myself a premium piece of furniture. At the prices they charge, you would think they would want people to be satisfied with their product and buy more. I am going to pay to have my 1.5 year old chair fixed, but I will not purchase another piece of La-z-Boy furniture since I have realized that it is a shoddy product and the company is not willing to stand behind its supposed extended warranty. I expected quality, but just got frustration, disappointment, and more money coming out of my pocket. Thanks La-Z-Boy, but no thanks. I will take my business elsewhere in the future and will advise others to do so.

I didn’t like not being able to buy I wanted off the floor since it was going take 5/6 months to receive it. I don’t think there should be a delivery fee since customers are having long wait times. I do understand that inventory is hard to get though. And I also understand that furniture stores are virtual catalogs now. The salesperson was very nice. I will update my review when the chair comes in.
