Went into Kane's located at 56tth and Hillsborough to purchase something that I saw online..I was greeted by the most attentive salesperson..she answered any questions regarding product availability she went above and beyond to make certain I received excellent customer service..This was a fairly new employee ..her name was Leah..Also would like to mention Ms Gigi who helped make my shopping experience with Kane's today a pleasure

My reclining sofa arrived without the connector that makes it recline. I spent over an hour in the store waiting for the sales rep and told them I wouldn't buy the sofa unless all parts were included. This is the second time I have received a delivery from Kane's and items were missing. 5 years later and I'm still waiting for the missing item from my first purchase.

Sales guys are terrible. I have to call the credit card company to change wrong information they set me up with. (Like a lot of wrong information) Very bad at social skills as a salesman should have. Very awkward place. Wouldn’t recommend unless you really find a good deal or good couch.

A while ago I called to let the Customer Service know about the problem I have with my sectional sofa, when I bought my living room set, I was told it will have a lifetime warranty. I emailed the customer Service with photos what there response was, NO, your warranty expired. No help, no advice whatsoever. I loved my sectional sofa, but the way they are and look right now, FRUSTRATES me. Kanes customer service is unconsidered, did nothing to help, this is a fabric problem, its not even a neglect on my side. I should get credit and/or warranty!!!
