I bought a leather power recliner exactly 2 years ago with the 5 year extended warranty to cover any problems I may have with it. Mechanical issues, rips, tears, stains I was told. The lumbar support started sticking into my back so bad it was painful unless I tried to shift my body to the side of the chair to try to avoid the big round ball sticking in my back. This was with the lumbar all the way in. Also, chair unknowingly got pushed back closer to the wall and when laid back, tore a small bit of the leather on the corner by hitting the wall. Was given 2 different numbers to call by 2 different people at the store. First place called me back and told me they don’t take care of either of my problems. Second place called and said they could take a look for a fee of $100 to come out and another $100 to put more stuffing in it. He said he couldn’t guarantee that would take care of the problem. So, I refuse to put $200 more into a chair that cost over $2000 with another 3 years left on warranty that evidently doesn’t take care of anything. I’ve lost all faith in La-Z Boy. Never again. It’s a shame, I’ve always bought my furniture from them. Not sure what has happened to customer service.

While we love the recliner we bought, the battery was a huge disappointment! We charged it overnight when we received it. After two days, the battery needed to be recharged. We recharged it and again it only lasted two days. I then read online that it is supposed to last five days. If I had known that fact I wouldn’t have purchased a battery in the first place. When I contacted the store, I was told there was a 2 day return policy. Well, two days would not have given us enough time to charge the battery and experience the quick discharge! So…we were out of luck. My advice is to NOT BUY A BATTERY FOR YOUR LAZY BOY FURNITURE. I wish our salesman had told us of how quickly these batteries discharge. (And, no, we didn’t overuse the controls.)

If there was a negative star, I would select negative 5. Lazyboy should be ashamed! We purchased furniture and rugs in August 2021. Design services were great. Salesperson was nice. That ended our good experience! We bought 3 rugs we finally received in February. One is unraveling after less than month. Never received mat for another rug. Sectional delayed again as of March still not received. Well more than the 6month estimate No refunds, no remedies No communication. Do not get trapped in Lazyboy poor service and and poor systems. Customers are not important. Especially once they have your money. Stay away! Lazyboy is using a corporate name only. Terrible service.

Camille was amazing to work with! She's very knowledgeable about the furniture and took us right to what we explained we were looking for. She didn't rush us, was very customer service friendly and was so great, we asked if she was working the next day because we had another piece in mind to add to our order!
