Do NOT buy expensive wine here. We bought a $160 bottle of 2014 Groth as a gift for a friend and the bottle was corked. The cork was clearly rotted and there was a wine stain on the label, which means it leaked during storage, which we didn't realize when we bought it. Our friend did not open the bottle within 7 days of us gifting it to him and so Bevmo refused to exchange it. We spoke to a lead manager the night before and she said if we brought the bottle back the next day she would exchange it. So we drove to El Dorado Hills to pick up the bottle and when I arrived the manager refused to do the exchange. Very poor customer service from the manager, she acted as if I was out of line for even asking for the bottle to be replaced (eye rolling and all, with a lot of attitude). Stick to buying cheap items here because if you get bad wine they don't care. I used to buy all our liquor, wine, and beer here for parties, BBQ's, camping, gifts, and home since it's right down the street but I'll be a Total Wine customer now.
