Good little post office with helpful packaging and shipping supplies. Sometimes the line is long and moves quite slow, but the staff is friendly and does the best they can.

It took the Fort Sutter Post Office nearly a MONTH to deliver a package to me. I live 1.2 miles away. Per the tracking number, they received it on October 14th and it wasn't delivered until November 12th. This is a medication and I really needed this to be delivered on time. This is the second time they've lost my medication. The previous time it was MIA for a month and a half before just showing up out of the blue. I don't know who is running this branch but it seems like they might need new management. This is just really terrible service. I contacted my online pharmacy and told them from now on to use United Parcel Service for all future deliveries, so I actually get them in a timely fashion.

Hours for front lobby with po boxes??? They have noticably removed their window sign with hours posted. I can't access during the business day- reasons for paying for a po box. I have been Sunday day and weekday before 8pm, closed

Post offices used to be able to leave their po boxes open 24/7. Unfortunately, many now face problems with homeless sleeping in the lobbies and other folks who think it is ok to vandalize or even break into the boxes. Because of these problems, the post office has opted to start locking the lobby doors when the last person leaves for the evening. There should be a sign with the hours of operation. It is a requirement. Talk to a supervisor or the manager about the signage and to find out what hours they may be open on the weekends.
