The mail that is delivered from this location is horrible. Since I moved into the area in May 2022, there has been nothing but trouble with the services provided. I have been getting mail pieces missed from ebay, and according to them, because it is not tracked by USPS, it is out of their hands what happens to my mail.

I ordered a package from Ebay. Received a email that package was delivered. When I checked the mail box no package. The package mostly like was in the over sized mail box bit the mail man put the key in someone else's mailbox. Most likely the package will not be given to me by a unhonest neighbor. Stolen now I guess.

My postal carrier placed an important piece of mail into the wrong mailbox even though it was addressed correctly. Then he suffered from amnesia. Meanwhile, over a month later, the passport is still missing and the post office will not issue a statement admitting their employee messed up so the issuing entity can issue a replacement. It is not about the money lost, this is a potential for identity theft! Postal inspectors have not even done anything to rectify this… they continue to say it is under investigation. I already solved this investigation and they still won’t respond and the carrier still has a job distributing our mail to the wrong people.

The Royal Oaks branch and the Laguna branch has passport services. The library used to, but I don’t think they offer it as a service anymore.
May have to go to into an office & speak directly to someone than trying over the phone
...That depends on what type of key you are talking about. You would have to contact that office directly to find out which keys they are authorized to assign and distribute.
My "Fam" has P.OBox, Some of You May Re: If You Were to Recieve Large Pkg. They Would SimplyPlace a Key in Your Box You Would Simply Use Key to Get Pkg. Once 🔑 Was in Lock It Couldnt be Taken Back Thats Good You KnOw Keeps Honest Ppl. Honest that Service is No Longer, Stamps/ Any/Every thing to Do W/Postal Has Gone and Soon to Be Going Up Again..Seems Postal Ppl. (Some) Really Aren't HaPpY..It Is a Public Service Position..I Just Continue to Try to Treat Others as I Would Want to B Treated🌞
5pm monday -friday..... Saturdays open till 3PM sundays closed
The best way to stop getting others mail is to advise the post office nearby. You can report to the post master directly.

They don't have a "passport office". Open from 10am-2 on Sat ( I believe)
