Awful. Just awful. Why can’t we get some new employees at these old post offices? The lack of customer service and the ridiculous wait times are out of control.

You’re better off going to the USPS office on Arena Blvd. The store is only a short 5 minute drive away! The location at 1500 W EL CAMINO Ave has horrible service. I made an appointment online for a notary service just to show up & be told by a staff member that the notary officer “is busy and I don’t know when he can help you.” The notary officer’s name is RYAN. I spoke with RYAN briefly while asking who his district manager is; he replied “I don’t know?” Then I asked how he doesn’t know? Who IS the manager? RYAN then tried to explain “This is a franchise and the franchise managers name is Jaz, here’s his card.” The total disregard for me as a customer was utterly astounding! It only takes a few minutes to process the notary signature. If the franchise owner ever wonders why they’re under preforming financially or has a lack of profit from this store compared to the other USPS franchises, get new staff! Immediately.

If I could give 0 stars I would that manager in there is so rude and should NOT work with customers. I have a P.O. Box I pay for there which I am canceling asap that has mail that won’t fit inside. Google says the post office closes at 5pm the door says 4:30 I was there at 4:33 he had the doors locked and a little line when someone was leaving he started yelling saying we’re closed I will not help you come back tomorrow when we’re open. I told him I just have mail I need to grab that has a dead line I came during the weekend when you guys were closed and wasn’t able to pick it up I just got off work and am here now and have work again tomorrow he still wouldn’t help me he ignored me.
