Out of all of the post offices in Sacramento this one has the unhappiest, rudest, employees I have ever encountered. They never smile there enters always comes off as they hate they’re jobs. When you ask for specific items that aren’t stocked on the floor they are very rude about restocking them or handing them to a customer. The manger here should put happier employees with better customer service upfront.

You go to your post office. If you're in Natomas the local office is on Royal Oaks. The office on Gateway is not the home office.
I would guess the wait times vary, but when I went in there were zero people in line. If you can, try going earlier in the day.

Your best bet would be to search at usps.com, so you don't have to wait for an answer here.
