lo joan
well that was a weird experience. the lady who i presume is the manager because she’s bossing everything and everyone has an attitude problem, more of a passive aggressiveness. the workers, the women, have issues too lol but i wonder if that’s because they’re under that women. oh well, even if you’re nice she’ll be stuck up so my advice to you is come in and don’t be too kind because she’s almost allergic.

Visit started off good with employee Neur/Nuur helping with a package pickup. She asked for us to wait a few customers which I was more than happy to do so. About ten minutes, her coworker "A'Lonique" came in to help out since the line was now almost out the door. Neur/Nuur waved me to come so she could help with the package pick up and A'Lonique says with a rude attitude that I need to wait in line. I told her that Neur waved me over and so did Neur which I guess embarrassed her because she continued to give me unnecessary attitude (not my fault she's stupid). Overall, Neur/Nuur is a great, respectful, and patient employee while A'Lonique should be fired or moved away from the front because her fragile ego and small mind can't handle the responsibilities of being upfront.

Applied online and prepaid for a PO box. Came in with 3 forms of identification and the filled out application. Was told I cannot get a PO box without a signed lease thanks to the "unibomber". All 3 forms of ID have the address and my full name. It is my parents address and I am not a renter. One of the other tellers didnt understand why it was an issue either. This isnt the first time I have had problems with this post office. Went to another USPS. Was in and out in 10 mins with no issues--keys in hand. The attitude was unbelievable. 0/10 for the 4-5 time. Way to go ladies.

The women that work at this post office always have such a nasty attitude even when you're nice to them, they're so impatient with anyone that doesnt speak very good english, are always rolling their eyes and when they go to the back you can literally hear them talking about the customers! I work in customer service and I have for years and I know the struggle of having annoying customers but you CANNOT be acting like a child when these women look like they're in their late 20's and thirties. It's always the same 3. Hire new people.

I have always found these postal workers to be quite polite and diligent. I understand a local post office has only two lines. Unfortunately, if one line is in use, answering the call of another postal customer, the second line continues to ring as if being left unattended. How do you even know your mail is "1" day late. I myself, if it was an important piece of mail, would have tried personally gone to the post office or spoken to the lonely person who delivers your mail. Do you even know your postperson's name? Kindness and understanding brings so many more solutions than does cruelty and complaints. The postal workers at your local post office and the mailperson on the beat are not responsible for every piece of mail that arrives or does not arrive in your mailbox. It's the system. If you sold new cars, trucks, etc, in Sacramento, would you be responsible for recall complaints from Floridians or San Diegans? Kindness and understanding, with some patience.
All you can do is wait, without tracking number it can't be traced, only time is of essence... count the days 3 to 5 days at best and as long as 2 to 3 weeks...?
Because usually covid isn't impacting them and overloading them with stuff in person. Cuts and funding also come into factor for employee presence. Your local office may usually have 6 workers a day but is now operating with maybe 2-3.
