We would like to give a "Shout Out" to Dr. Sean Te, Lisabet and Jean at Memorial Care.They gave standing care to my husband. Dr. Te went above and beyond by coming to the car so my husband wouldn't have to go inside. They were all very kind and professional.

Brought my son in at 7:45 pm. He is sick with strep throat. Very Ill. They saw him charged his insurance told him they sent the prescription across the street at cvs that’s pharmacy already closed so I took him somewhere where else only to realise that the urgent care was closed and we couldn’t fill it. So we come back the next morning to find out they never sent the prescription over. So now we are waiting. In their office. Totally unprofessional and ridiculous.

Receptionist, nurses and doctor were patient, helpful and friendly. I felt such relieved and grateful when walking out of office. 🙇‍♂️

This was not Urgent care. It was imagining, ultrasound. I have made 3 appointments for an ultrasound and each time it has been handled as if they don't know what an appointment is. 1st time, the Technician didn't do ultrasound but yet it was scheduled. 2nd time;The technician went on vacation and didn't return extending time out.3rd time; I was rescheduled for today. Drove out expecting to be seen and was told they don't do ultrasound on Thursday yet they scheduled me. DO NOT COME HERE. STAY AWAY. THEY DO NOT HAVE A CLUE. IF I COULD RATE THEM LESS THAN A ZERO I WOULD. 🤬
