Went here for the convenience of being with an hour of our venue. Low price but the room deposit was a surprise. They wanted a $150 room deposit which had to be credit or debit. They absolutely refuse to take cash. The water is hot, the beds are comfortable and the room has a extra locking mechanism for security. Has a microwave and a fridge, decent cleanliness. The guy behind the counter, not so friendly. But the girl that works day shift was super friendly. Hotel is not pet friendly it is posted all over the building. Not an inconvenience for me but it could be for some of you. Breakfast is offered from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. I was not going to bother getting up for apples, juice, coffee and honey buns. But this maybe a convenience for someone so I'm adding the information. Also hotel says they offer vending, it is a fridge and a box of chips behind the counter so an attendant has to be available for you to get snacks. It's almost like they have trust issues or something with a super high security deposit and the snacks being behind the counter. 🤷🤣 I will probably never stay here again.

Positive: The location is 5 minutes from my meeting. The price was right. Negative: There was some confusion at check in. The clerk asked to manipulate my phone so she could find a reservation number. The handle on the bathroom sink faucet was broken. The floor was uneven because they laid carpet and vinyl over voids on the sub floor.

On behalf of my friend, David, who posted right before me, I, too, was angered greatly by the fact that they do not advertise that you have to be 21 to stay there. It's misleading if you ask me. Not the greatest location either. It's right next to the sewage plant and I can just about guarantee that the place gets stinky pretty often. I live close by and smell it pretty often. I can't rail on this place too much though, the lady who my friend dealt with was nice and they did not charge him for the room he was not able to stay in.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The staff was rude. None of the doors leading outside were locked. There were people on drugs walking all throughout the parking lot. We genuinely did not feel safe in this hotel. Will NEVER be staying here again.
