I would give 0 stars if I could. Be careful pre-ordering chả or any big orders to take out. We made an appointment to pick up a few days prior to pick up at 9AM, we can came in at 9:40AM and they had not have our order readily packaged at all. They were super focused on quickly taking our money and throwing us to the side to take customers that came in after us and making us wait for over 20 minutes. The workers were super rude and focused on other customers that came in to pick up orders on the whim and not made an appointment prior. After waiting for a long time we reminded the workers of our order that should’ve been package and ready to go by 9AM… they snapped at us and gave attitude told us “if you don’t like our service don’t come in here again, we have MANY other customers to serve”. We had to wait for another 10-15 minutes to get our order.

Good authentic Hue food. Reasonable price. Ordered Bún hến, it tastes really good and fresh.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The three of us came here during the weekend before Tết 2019. The old guys that work here just walking back and forth; I asked them for hot tea, 4X in Vietnamese; each time, old guys walked away for few minutes and came back out with nothing! When I asked them, if the tea would be out soon? They just looked at the others and said, ừ, then walked away. People seriously save your taste buds and save your money and DO NOT EAT HERE! Please. Their Bún Bò Huế was horrible. The broth, chả, and everything that were in their bowl was so bad that we were gagging as we ate. We ordered a plate of bánh bèo. It was not as good as from my home state. Their nước mắm was worse than what my Caucasian friends made. We ordered their Nem. Another huge Mistake! I asked the old guy that took our order if we could have the Nem out first. He said, okay; he even repeated my order. By the time we could no longer force ourselves to eat the food that we had ordered, I asked that same old guy about the Nem? Didn't say a word, he left and came back with a plate of Chả, the same kind that was in their Bún Bò Huế. I told him that I had ordered Nem. He took the plate away and brought out a plate of Nem. Those Nem were the worst that we had ever eaten. This was our first time here. It would be our last.

They don't mail them. You have to buy in person. Good luck.
