At first, we had a wonderful experience. I was happy with the service and excited to be working with Kane’s. However, my furniture has come in broken and damaged each time. We have contacted them numerous times since March/April of 2022 and each time was given the go around. My bed frame was damaged and they have yet to repair or replace since it came in April. My dresser has now been damaged twice coming in and now they are telling us they no longer have it in stock. We ordered a mirror set and they forgot it on our order and now we have to take the floor model. Their communication lacks severely as we always have to continue to pester them about when we will get updates on our furniture, so much so that they forgot we were supposed to get the floor model. I am really disappointed with this as we had been using a different furniture store before this that we were unhappy with and Kane’s promised better service but have not followed through. I truly hope this can become better in the future. I do appreciate their delivery people, though, as they consistently were kind, helpful, and apologetic.

Our sales representative, Ty, was so patient and helpful. He got me exactly what I wanted and the best price. The manage, Michelle, was also very helpful in explaining the delivery options and in helping getting the best price. I have shopped with Kane's for many years and will continue to shop there as my first option. Thank you Ty and Michelle!!!

David greeted us as we came in and said he would be available if we had questions. We spent some time browsing, and he came around to ask if we had questions. Then he left us alone to look around some more. He stopped and checked inventory for a couple of chairs we were interested in. Then we went upstairs and looked at dining sets, and he came and helped with that. He wasn’t pushy, but remained available. We ended up spending over $4,600. We love the exceptional quality of Kanes furniture. 🤩

Kane's has a great selection. We moved here from Atlanta and decided to check it out online. We had selected a few items. Our salesperson, Richard Moody, took us straight to the items. We loved them and bought them on the spot. He made the purchase super easy. Can't wait to get our new furniture!

It depends how old your purchase is.
In my experience there warehouse is generally reserved for item's marked down ,bargain item's or overstock. Worth be at the very least a look.
All over I think & a lot in Vietnam
If it's peeling, it's probably not real leather but bonded leather. It wouldn't hurt to call Kanes but I wouldn't get your hopes up. Unless you purchased the couch recently, you are probably out of luck.
They are not handicap friendly and I do not participate in anybody that don't want to take care of the handicapped people they have a second floor you getting into I am boycotting them!!
