I had good In store experience with my sales rep. Now I have to leave a 1 star for the delivery and the quality of the product deliver. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Received a damaged sofa! The delivery guys who came to deliver the products first time were rude, they damaged my door badly. Now, I would not buy anything from them again.

We had such a positive experience shopping for a new bedroom set at Ashley Furniture in Clearwater. When we first entered the store, we were greeted by a personable young man who offered his help. When we said we were just looking, he said he’d check with us in a bit. We wandered all over and never felt we were being watched or followed, yet when we had some questions, he appeared. We left with information, but felt we needed to comparison shop more. Today we went to another store and found a set that we liked for less money but less quality. We decided to return to Ashley and see what our salesman could do for us, since we liked the set there better! Our sales person, Shaun Grow, was able to find a way to earn our business. We ended up buying our bedroom set, mattress, and adjustable platform from him as well as a bar cabinet. If you’re in the market for any furnishings, please ask for Shaun by name.

We were pleased with the room set we received at a great price. Our sales rep, Keith, did a great job of communicating with us through the whole process. He was able to get us the best deal and service for shipping. Keith was friendly, attentive, and informative ; making our overall experience a great one. Highly recommend.

Alexis is absolutely fabulous! She is incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly! We shopped everywhere for the perfect set and no one even compares to the level of service she provides! She is extremely patient and genuinely cared about our wants and needs. Our furniture was delivered and setup flawlessly. We highly recommend her for all of your furniture needs!

Yes. I believe there's a fee for delivery on some items though. I ended up ordering online and was able to get free delivery ( although we did have to put together the furniture ourselves).

Call the store you bought it from .. ask for the Sales person that you bought it from ...if said oerson is NOT Avail ask or demand to speaknto a manager ...havecall you receipts available and tell them to help.you ASAP ...or your going to social media & Corporate ! PERIOD ! You gave to show your voice ! Dont be timid , they waited on you, helped you and even bargained to keep you for business. NOW, you demand help ! But in a nice voice 😀 butclet them know you mean business !

I haven't had that issue. I went to the one in Clearwater. Everywhere I go it seems to be the opposite, they rush to see if they can help...then when I'm walking through a store, someone else may asks if I have been helped. Sometimes I just want to look myself just to see some design choices with my wife. I would suggest you call Dawn there.

I have an ongoing issue since the week the furniture was delivered 10 mos ago. We have a sectional with sloped seating. I have called multiple times and am always been told they will call back with a solution, but it never happens-HELP! $4kspent

I'm so glad we backed out of our deal when they discontinued the set we paid in advance for $4800 and went to Haverty's. Good luck with your issue.
