Their billing system is awful. A couple of months ago I received a "past due" notice even though I had visited well after those services were performed (in April-May) and well before the letter. I called and was informed that there was an error and I had actually overpaid. Funds were moved, I was told there was nothing owed and I thought that was the end of it. I just received a "statement" which says that $30 is "past due" for services from April of this year with claims having processed in May. I had never been contacted about this before and had visited a couple of times between then and now, so I'm not sure why any balance is due. Additionally, I just "happened" to receive this on Friday, when their locations happen to be closed. I'm sure that's completely coincidental and not so people receive invoices and are unable to resolve anything until the weekend is over. I don't really have issues with the provider services, but billing is straight up awful.

Staff are extremely pleasant and professional. Dr King is easy to talk to, super efficient and very professional. I would recommend this business to everyone. Parking is a bit of an issue, but other than that, I will use this office for all of my future eye needs.
