Customer service was great. The room was not. We checked out our room and it smelled like backed up sewage. We talked to the desk clerk and she immediately refunded us as no other rooms were available.

AC did not work, was sweating the whole night. Brought it up to the attendant and all he said was "thanks for bringing it to my attention. Have a good day"..less than impressed after a 12 hour drive.

Can I fit an air mattress in the room?
I wouldn't be able to answer that because we didn't inquire about pets because we didn't have any with us. I had no complaints about the place though.
I would say definitely yes if it's a twin size. If you intend to use a full size or maybe queen-size air mattress it might be a little bit tight but I think it will still fit. They have pretty good sized rooms

No there isn't. Also his place is only good for a quick night sleep. It's not a very clean or comfortable place. There was quite a few broken things in our room. But the prices cheap
ADA means the room is accessible for those that may be in a wheel chair. The doors are wider, there are accommodations made in the bathroom, etc.
