This hotel was alright nothing great but nothing too horrible. My room was decently clean I could tell it hasn't been dusted and wasn't cleaned as well as I'd expect a Marriott. The lobby and furniture wasn't clean and just looked dirty. The night lady was very nice and made the experience get 3 stars instead of two. The lady in the morning or that's there this time today is the exact opposite. Even the house cleaning wasn't very nice they got the check out time wrong for me and started knocking before I was suppose to leave. They were extremely loud as I work nights and I could hear the yelling starting at 10 o'clock. I got a call from this hotel a day after I checked out (worried something was wrong) called back and the front desk lady (very rude) started to tell me they didn't call, didn't have anyone even under my name (after I had told her I already checked out), and then finally said that she'll go check lost and found. Then started to say that someone at the hotel could have called me and then proceeded to explain how the number is the one connected to the rooms. No one I know is at that hotel! She never even went to check lost and found. I got fed up of her telling me that she had no record of me, then she said I never checked out (I have a printed receipt), and saying it was someone from the hotel (again I know no one there nor would any of my coworkers call from a hotel phone when we all have cell phones). If you don't want to be berated by the morning front desk lady or have a clean spot to sit at in the hotel then pick somewhere else. Again room was clean enough where it wasn't unbearable.

Staff was nice, hotel was okay outside. Booked a two bedroom and the air conditioning didn't work. Things were broken and worn out. Tables were sticky and a couple things left behind. Could be cleaner and repairs need to be made. Besides that the location and staff are nice. Light drug use in the area I also noticed which is concerning but nobody bothered me. People were friendly.

It was ok. Nothing to great and nothing to bad except the service. I had made reservations for the wrong night and the hotel went out of their way to straighten it out for me. I do not think I would, in general, stay at TownePlace except for the fact that they allowed my brothers dog even though I think $40 is a bit much. These hotels are showing their age. We stayed at 4 of them traveling across country and they all had age issues. Also please fix your carts. 3 of the 4 hotels had issues with pushing the carts.

Service was nice but the room… was just gross. The 1) AC smelled like burning so I would wake up to that horrific smell of hot metal. 2) My room was INFESTED with bugs. 3) I found a old plastic bag on my bedroom floor. I am not one to complain but when I turn on my light to see bugs crawl out I just feel uncomfortable. On a more positive note the room was very large and I did enjoy having a kitchenware set. Overall this should not be one of the most expensive hotels in town but if they lowered prices it might be worth the money. (However, I am just a teenager so take this with a grain of salt)
