I have called a few times to make an appointment. I got a call back today. The gal asked me why I called for an appointment, I explained that I moved here from AZ and I have a pelvic floor issue. I told her that my doctor in Phoenix had prescribed suppositories which helped me allot. It seemed like she was concentrating on something else. Then she said Dr Schneider does not do suppositories. I found that hard to believe since my doctor in Phoenix was also a Urogynecologist and had prescribed the suppositories for pain and most doctors will help you if you don't want or not able to do invasive surgery.

This office is impossible to deal with! I am trying to obtain my medical records. Have left 4 messages requesting a call back. Have not received a response. Always have to leave a message. Have never spoken with a live voice! Very very dissatisfied with care and lack of follow-up!

I am an FNP 34 yrs; have highest standards. She exceeds them. Professional, focused, personable (human). Assesses, educates, offers plans to move forward based on sx as well as possible evaluative testing- leaves the choice to you. She obviously strives to be her best and cares about patient well being; I can relate.
