Don’t call and ask for anything. A young lady named Stacy will cop you attitude. Put you on hold for 15 minutes and never get back to you. This is the kind of minimum wage they hire. Young snotty nose kids with no sense of customer service. Good luck getting a hold of anyone with actual sense of decency.

My son is a patient of Dr. Scott's He is an extraordinary physician. His office staff is kind and accommodating. Although the office is extremely busy they ALL stay focused and never show the stress they are under. A special shout out to Lauren and Kim they are compassionate and patient with my many questions and concerns. Neurology and Associates has made a very difficult life change easier to manage Thank you ALL for taking such good care of my son

I went in with my mother in law who has migraines. There was a very sweet younger blonde woman working the desk. She was juggling several things at one time but never lost her cool. I highly recommend this office. Even Tho they get very busy and stressed they do the very best by their patient

I have been seeing Dr. Scott for about a year and the office has improved so much! They used to be nearly impossible to get in touch with, but over the last few months it seems like they really worked to fix it. Now, I can call and talk to someone & get what I need. 5/5 stars for the awesome care & responsiveness to patient concerns!
