We have been here before and had a good experience. Today was terrible. I am actually changing a previous 5 stars to this one. Made a 3:40 appt for my son. He didnt get called back until after 5:30. The front desk was apathetic, inefficient and rude at best. I asked about the time nicely around 5 pm and was informed that there werent actually appointments just reservations/suggestions?? The email i recieved asked us to be there 15 min early for paperwork since our appt time started at 3:40 sharp. No mention of the excessive wait at check in. The lobby was dirty and the front desk looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. Fingerprints everywhere.

They didn’t go through my insurance when my kids and I received COVID test. $700 out of pocket! My insurance paid them after the fact and they STILL haven’t refunded me.

First made an appointment for 9:05am get here early like I should didn’t get called back until after 10am then sat the room and waited for another hour and 10 mins. The ladies at the front desk are very rude to patients coming in. Lady in her 80s came in to make an appointment and the lady at the desk wouldn’t help her because she wouldn’t put a mask on. Then after the last left the 2 at the desk continued to talk about her in front of other people. This is not a place I will ever come back to. You make an appointment for a reason and to have to sit there and wait is just not right.

Child accidently cut her hand the nurse Kris and Dr. Treece where great they got her back there in a quick and timely matter. She needed a couple of stitches both had great bedside manners made her very comfortable. Stitches came out beautifully and made follow up appointment to get stitches removed. As urgent care goes I would highly recommend them to anyone.
