Been here 20 years and it's always been a great place to live. Yes, there are rules, some of which I don't like, but let's face it this is why the park has remained so orderly, beautiful, and push all these years.

Quiet little community. Friendly people. Only thing unlike is the parking passes for visitors must be requested ahead of time. The office isn't open on weekends. The keypad at the gate does NOT work, so you're kinda SOL and have to wait on the side till someone with a keycard comes up to open the gate.

Horrible place to live in. Been living here for almost 10 years in hopes to move, but every time we fix something, something else breaks and the cycle never ends. My neighbor is so noisy and disrespectful. He blasts his "music" at 2 a.m. and runs out like crazy singing as if the whole world wants to hear him. Mind you the walls of these houses are so paper thin you can hear everything. To top it all the manager does not do nothing about it after we have told him several times. I would not recommend anyone in hopes of moving in here to do so. It is terrible, filled with drug addicts and wa-gers. Not a good place to raise children.

Not allowed to rent. We're not allowed to buy a home to rent. I'm sure there would be a few houses that are for rent but everyone is so tight-lipped about it because it's not allowed.
Not really, they closed the playground area, no ball play allowed, I will say it is safe inside the gates. Lived here 20 years, one thing taken off porch.
They do allow dogs. Not sure on how much they run for, but I know there's a few for sale.
I do not know I just have a friend that lives there I could inquire and find out
