Not really, they closed the playground area, no ball play allowed, I will say it is safe inside the gates. Lived here 20 years, one thing taken off porch.
It used to be a community for senior citizens. The pool area is the most family friendly here. I believe most of these houses I have similar interior structures. Some are just more modern than the others. But back to your first question there's really not much little kids can do here some kids play on the streets which is really dangerous but we're all enforced to drive 10 miles per hour within the streets. If I had kids I wouldn't want them living here.
