This park has changed dramatically since New management . They are on top of things the parks clean all street lights work, pool now has lock with residents having keys , so no more outside hooligans taking over pool and destroying park best decision ever. They even had a Christmas party with Santa last year and gave it prizes for best lights in park..This park now feels more like a place to raise your kids and be a family with great neighbors and friends and when we had a problem contacted management they were here within 5 min with their electrician .Ive lived here with my family 12 tears almost and we now love it here . great place if your looking for somewhere to bring family and buy a home with great neighbors .

Family friendly mobile home community. Very well managed and night watchman protected. My only complaint is if you have more than 3 autos there is parking on street are scarce.

A friend of mines lived there and her rent was a little over $700 but that includes utilities as well

Everyone pays with this owner, the scheming fee hungry and racist manger and her assistants, are on the lookout on how many ways they can fee you to death or worse each month.
If you are buying the motor home, check any place anywhere else before you make a big mistake living here
