I have been here 5 nights, fished hard during the day, the room was always clean and ready for me when I got in. Very comfortable beds and the artwork is lovely. Rooms are quiet even though I have seen quite a few dogs! The food is excellent, has been hard to get reservations, especially in the weekend.

Planned to stay here a month ago, then my wife and daughter came down with a stomach bug the day before around 3 PM. I called to see what my options were to reschedule our stay and was told that I had up to 24 hrs prior to cancel or reschedule. I said great I will talk to my wife on a date to reschedule and call right back to rebook the stay. 15 minutes later, I called back to reschedule, with known dates that we were available, but this time I was transferred to what seemed like a corporate line instead of the actual location, spent 20 minutes on hold, only to be told that we could not rebook or cancel within 3 days of the check in date. I asked to speak to the person that I spoke to prior at the location, but I did not have a name and they kept stating that there was nothing that they could do. No deduction on fee, nothing. So we still ended up having to pay for the almost $1000/night room without being able to reschedule! After writing this review, the hotel replied and I contacted at the local level and they were able to refund my full deposit. Thank you for making things right! We fully intend to rebook this stay at a later time!

Exceptional hotel with an exceptional staff. Deonte at the front desk greeted us and made sure that our stay got off on the right foot. The decor is amazing and creates a sense of interest in every piece of art throughout the property. There's plenty of great hotels in Asheville. This one however, is my new favorite.

Beautiful property and amazing service! Jake at the front desk made sure our anniversary was extra special and helped us with multiple requests. JD and Micheal at the bar had excellent recommendations and were very attentive and David with in room dinning was very friendly.
