Rosarius Scott R.  Was awesome! The absolute best. Purchase of our 745e was a pleasant experience. He made sure everything went well. He listens and gets the deal done. The finance guy not so much. Deals with not so honest tactics. Blatenly lies to enhance his commission, doesn't care if he messes you up and cheats you out of a point or two as long has he gets a good commission. Be careful here. We caught him red handed. Hopefully they get rid of him because over all we had a super experience and if it wasn't for the finance guy they would have gotten 5 stars

We bought a used Mercedes from BMW. They get two stars because they were not high pressure at all but we drove 45 minutes to the dealership three times due to a check they we’re waiting for from the bank that had been there the whole time. Would have at least expected an apology for the major inconvenience.

I have been receiving numerous ads asking me to come here for service, finally come in today and they aren’t accepting walk ins. No solution other than making an appointment weeks away. I’m disappointed in their lake of resolution, and now my service will be over miles.
