Went in Friday to purchase car, Didn’t have a bank check(never advised to bring a cashiers check). Was PROMISED by TWO different people (Mike and Alvaro) that they will HONOR the deal till Monday. Lo and behold I am 15 mins from the dealership and they tell me via text message they sold the car over the weekend. Just seems like they don’t care. Kept saying “I understand, I understand” but at the end of the day. Do you? I specifically asked to leave a deposit. “No no, we’re good. We will honor our contract till Monday” Pathetic

Absolutely deplorable business practices. They use the bait and switch, with vehicles they don't even have on their lot or have available to draw you in run your credit and then attempt to sell you on a different vehicle .

Every dealer in Fort Myers has dealer fees -except maybe buy here pay here... And any dealer is going to put their 'dealer fee' in your contract! It's just something that's gonna be that you can't change so I wouldn't let that deter you from going to Fort Myers Mitsubishi! They're great! They try really hard(professionally) to get you financed - but not putting you in something with $615 car payments - like O'Brien tried to do to me with a 2 yr old CR-V! I had a great experience at Fort Myers/Bonita Mitsubishi- wishing you the same ☺️
Yes, they're amazing! We had a great experience there from sales to finance! The owner is super nice & down to earth, and very genuine! Not pushy or deceitful! Makes me never want to go anywhere again! They make it happen 😊😊
