Hotel was okay. Guests be aware that the walls are thin. If they place you next to elevator ask to be moved. You can hear people taking showers during the night and running down the hall way. I would not recommend this location to friends or family.

This hotel was not only a great value, but was extremely clean and perfect for a quiet weekend away. The lobby is well laid out with the breakfast area right beside check in, a pool right down the hall and the outdoor patio just opposite. Our room (We stayed in the king w/ tub) was very nicely furnished and we enjoyed having the fridge for dinner leftovers. Only qualm is that the floor was a little uneven and sloped beside the bed and that the door leading to the hallway when opened, hit the bathroom door. Overall, super super pleased and will be returning.

Our room door didn't latch without significantly picking up on the door. Our bathroom door was not much better, not offering much privacy to an occupant. Breakfast had various, nice options though & make-your-own Belgian waffles, which I always find a treat when traveling/staying at hotels! **Updated: owner reached out to directly say maintenance would fix doors.

Great breakfast! Clean rooms, friendly staff, affordable and very medium experience. Quiet and clean but very small rooms with hardwood floors instead of carpet, which I didn’t live but I’m sure it’s for ease of cleanliness. Still, odd. Very quiet and nice stay. Would come back here for sure.

Yes. You can see Guest Services and they can help you with discounts. During the pandemic, however, you should contact Biltmore directly to ensure house entry.
