Checked in around 5 PM. The front desk personnel was unkind & unfriendly. Got to the room and my family was chatting and laughing at a normal volume as we settled in. Within 30 minutes we received 2 noise complaints. I didn’t pay hundreds of dollars to stay in a room where I’ve got to whisper at 6PM. So, yes, as all the other reviews state, the walls are extremely thin. The ice bucket was filthy inside & out. It was replaced upon request. At breakfast, the biscuits were burnt to a crisp and inedible. All the garbages were overflowing. The bathrooms near the breakfast area were unclean. We brought our luggage down to the car at 9AM and when we went back up to the room to hang out, shower etc., until the rest of our party was ready to go, housekeeping was in our room cleaning. When we told her we were not done with our room and hadn’t checked out yet, she was unable to understand or communicate. We conveyed our frustration about this to the front desk and all she could do was apologize. This was an hour before checkout and she didn’t offer to rectify the situation in any way. On the bright side, the beds were comfortable, the shower was amazing and the kids enjoyed the pool. Will not be returning or recommending to friends.

I’m so impressed. The room is so nice, huge amazing walk in shower and everything is so clean. They do really good job here. I used to be a housekeeper so I know. I just regret I can’t stay longer . I just need short stay for 9 hours and continue to High Point.

Nice hotel. Modern decor. Rooms are a bit smaller than most and storage space is minimal but worked for us for a 3 day stay in Asheville, NC. Location is great, out of downtown but near several good resturants and convenient to the River Art district, downtown shopping and site seeing and access to the Blue Mountain Parkway. Hot breakfast is back! Indoor pool was a bit to chilly to enjoy. Staff friendly. Rooms clean.

I love this hotel! The whimsical colors used are so inviting! The beds are comfortable with the softest pillows. I love the showers because they include shampoo, conditioner, and body mounted on the walls. The indoor pool was a little dirty, but the highlight was the Peloton Bike located in the fitness center. I will always stay in this hotel if I can because it is centrally located.
