I really enjoyed this hotel the pool were small but not crowded, the hot tub was super clean, the front desk was really helpful and the rooms were nice. I would definitely stay again. While no one seemed scary there were a lot of characters hanging around. I think the homeless population in that area may be growing worse.

Positive: Price! Loved the location. The room was nice. Area was safe. The pool was warm and the hot tub was nice. Great staff. The front desk clerk printed me off a list of locally owned restaurants so we didn't have to eat at a boring chain. Breakfast was great! Negative: It's hard to come up with anything we didn't like. The driveway to pull in was awkward on a steep hill.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and spacious and has many extra amenities. We would certainly stay here again. However, our issue was with the parking and door access. The entries into the hotel are awkward in relation to room access. For example, we were on the fifth floor. From either point of entry door, you must walk a full length hallway to get to the elevator.

It was clean and comfortable. However, I’ve never been to a hotel that runs out of breakfast at least a half hour before breakfast is supposed to end, and instead of refilling, they just pack up everything so that breakfast ends early. This was just on a regular weekday, not a holiday. There were less expensive hotels available, so I at least expected a decent breakfast.
