Nice hotel overall. Did not arrive until 11pm and since I had reservation they called to see when I would be arriving so that was nice. Room was on the smaller side but fine. Door deadbolt in my room would not latch properly but at midnight I did not feel like having them come to work on it. Hot breakfast was very good although the place to eat was pretty packed when we got there around 915am. Ample parking Lots of hand sanitizer and COVID precautions still in place. No complaints there. Overall a nice hotel.

Room is quite nice. Liked the layout. Housekeeping argued with me about additional towels upon check in, also argued about 1 additional shampoo. I swim laps and have longer hair and forgot mine. Spa is amazing. I did not feel the pool looked clean. The ladder was rusty. Water was very cold for an indoor pool (I swim outside in the winter). Day staff was Amazing! Matt at the front desk evening shift was rude every day of my stay (so, not just having a bad day, he really doesn't like his job or the guests) Before checkout on my last day, I did try the breakfast, it was wonderful. The horrible powdered eggs were so good, I decided whoever made them actually followed the directions 🤭 steamed in a double boiler, creamy and fluffy, yum.

The room was very clean & smelled clean not musty like some hotels. My husband and I both have C Pap machines so the king bed had nightstands on both sides of the bed and that was great!!! The bed was very comfortable. The chairs were very nice in the room! It was very convenient to Biltmore & other shopping. Within walking distance to Texas Roadhose where we ate one evening. My husband & I both agree that it was the best Texas Roadhouse we had ever eaten at….and we have ate at a lot of them! The hot tub & pool was very nice as well!

I can not say enough good things about this hotel. It was a great experience. Ermie checked us in. He was very polite and accommodating. The room was perfectly clean, good view. We even took advantage of the pool and jacuzzi...the best! They served the best complimentary breakfast I've had in a long time.. Overall, this place was clean, quiet and safe. I would only like to see furniture upgrades (i.e. sofa) since this is a cozy and relaxed area. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!
