King suite was clean & spacious & quiet. Furniture was in good condition. Bridget at Front Desk was an efficient & pleasant person to solve an issue. She was prompt in responding to a concern & courteous throughout our encounter. The issue was resolved satisfactorily.

It was comfortable and quiet. The check in process was extremely easy. There was even vending machines in the halls and laundry. We didn’t use the laundry services, but they were offered on site. The room was clean and there was plenty of towels and wash rags to use. The room stayed cool and comfortable. We would look into staying again if we come back to Asheville.

Got 1st room and the beds were full of hair and the sheets were dirty..went to get 2nd room and clerk Missy was extremely rude..gave us attitude about not being a housekeeper and threatened us with cancelling reservation. 2nd room was even worse with pubic hairs etc on white cover..went back down and cancelled reservation. As the 1st and last impression of any hotel is the clerk...Missy was horrible, rude and completely disrespectful to the paying customer..my last stay at Comfort Inns
