So first off the rooms/ facility were very clean which is my number one criteria, and secondly was a friendly staff which there definitely was, and the only reason for 3 stars. Unfortunately that's where my satisfaction stopped with my stay. We stayed in room 202 and the bathroom was tiny, I could nearly touch the mirror and the tub wall. There appeared to be only emergency side exits to the building so if you got there late like we did, you had to park in the back of the lot and walk around to the seemingly only entrance in the front. There was only 1 small, rather slow elevator for 5 floors, so the stairs was really the only way to go, especially on a Saturday morning when we were checking out at 830am. Breakfast was on par with what you'd expect at a hotel. Problem was, the room it was served in was tiny and might have seating for 20 people. Which yes sounds like a lot, but every seat was taken in the breakfast room and there was barely any room to get around to get your food with everyone else there still trying to do the same. There were people eating in the check in entry area and even a few had to go sit outside to eat their breakfast. My teenage son put it best when he said, "it seems like this was a smaller hotel that remodeled and added floors without paying attention to, and expanding, the things that mattered most." If none of these things bother you, then this is the hotel for you. For me, at $250 +tax and fees on a Friday night, I'll keep driving next time.

The lady who usually works days on check in was very great. She is what made the stay great. The location of the hotel was close enough to everything in the Asheville area. The place was clean and relatively quiet although we would hear talking at times on one side of our room from the room next door. The breakfast was good enough. The bed was fine...not too soft or too hard. Plenty of the nearby restaurants and even a grocery store so one could use the oven and refrigerator to buy something at the grocery and eat in if one had a mind. You could do way, way worse than this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Suites at the outlets! We just stayed over the weekend with our two young daughters and we have nothing but great things to say about this hotel! The breakfast was awesome. The room was very clean and organized. And the staff were all very kind. Thank you for a great stay!

This place really is okay. There's nothing wrong other than the beds are miserably uncomfortable. It's like you can feel every spring in the mattress. But otherwise it's a nice place. It's quiet. The people are super friendly. The shower has good water pressure. Breakfast was good. They have lemon water available in the lobby (minor thing, but its really nice). The TV is even nice. But the beds are just so awful.
