Great location, nice receptionists, basic and clean room. I’ll be booking here again for our next vacation in Asheville! It looks like a dinky motel that’s been renovated. The decor and amenities aren’t mind blowing, but for the price it’s a great deal! There is a good size mini fridge in the room. No coffee maker in the room but the front desk has coffee and there is a McDonald’s across the street.

The room seemed clean but there were tons of cosmetic issues. The shower water was scalding hot and never got any cooler. The neighborhood ands its patrons were interesting.

Our room was fresh and clean smelling when we walked in the door! Front desk isn’t always there and no early check in either. :( breakfast was good but could be better! The bed I slept was way too soft. :/

This was a great place to stop overnight on our trip to Kentucky. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a little underwhelming with more cold items than hot.
