The place is definitely busy but people are friendly. This is not Jiffy Lube so don’t expect your car to be fixed in hours but you can count on quality, thorough service and reasonable prices. Will definitely come back here if needed (hopefully won’t have to anytime soon 🥴)

Unprofessional, inattentive, and lazy. I brought my vehicle up here to find out what was wrong with it. I dropped it off. 2 hours later I hadn't heard anything as I gave them my name and number. I called only to be told that the guy went on lunch and he "thinks" he's going to replace spark plugs. 3 more hours pass... no call. I call again and the phone just rings and rings until it goes to a busy signal. So I walk to the service station (a 20 min walk) just to see the guy sitting in a chair beside the phone not doing a thing. I asked if they did anything to my vehicle (still they never called me with any quote or anything). He said that he replaced my spark plugs and plug caps and that'll be $237.00. Charged me $120.00 for labor on top of parts and taxes. I didn't dispute the charge I just wanted my vehicle back. So I paid my bill and left. Approx. an hour later I get a phone call from the service station... are you ready for this? They tell me they didn't charge me enough for my spark plugs and want me to come back down and pay an additional $40.00!!! Are you kidding me?!? I can't make this stuff up. That is the most absolute unprofessional, ridiculous thing I've ever encountered in my life at a mechanics shop. The audacity to call me after basically ripping me off and asking for more money?! Get out of here. I didn't pay the extra $40.00 and I better not see that they ran my card for that additional expense. This place has been in business for 40 years supposedly and I think its time to focus a little more on customer service, basic mathematics, and good business practices. Go to Boone, safe yourself some trouble and money.
