We really enjoyed our stay at the Meadowbrook Inn. The hotel is clean and welcoming, the landscaping is beautiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the stone patio outside of our room and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. We walked downtown for dinner. Beds were comfortable and clean. AC was a bit noisy. Breakfast in the AM was great and included really good coffee. Had a really nice conversation with the front desk staff when checking out - super friendly. It was so nice to stay in a non-chain hotel.

Perfect place at a perfect price in the perfect location. The pool is warm and gorgeous, especially after dark. Beautiful grounds including a certified wildlife habitat garden. Was pleasantly surprised by vegan options at the complementary breakfast buffet. Highly recommend!

We stayed for a week at spring break. Located right near downtown blowing rock... near shopping, restaurants, and a couple of parks. Our room was perfect and we loved the attached sun room. The free breakfast was such a treat and the coffee was absolutely amazing! We used the pool most days and my daughter enjoyed watching the mallard ducks in the courtyard area. Would definitely recommend!

The staff was friendly and courteous. The facility has nice amenities - pool, exercise room, (free) breakfast room, and event room. The duck pond outside with ducks is nice, too. But, it's aging and needs a refresh. They offered cookies at reception, but they were too overbaked (not so enjoyable). It's fair to call this a three star hotel. It's location in Blowing Rock is excellent - walking distance to all key downtown places.
