Honestly it was good but the the portions was kinda small for the price. We got a appetizer of a version of a type of potato cake. That was good but it was just 2 cakes when the server asked if it was to be shared with the table, and we had 4 people lol. The biscuits and gravy was delicious. I never had a biscuit that thick and good.

Loved Bistro Roca. Everything was great, but the beer potato cheese soup and the Cuban crepe were expect tasty. It got too late for a reservation, but we ate dinner in the bar, and it was great. Our food server was attentive and friendly without being intrusion at all. The only issue was how long it took to get our dinners. No biggy, really, since we were with extended family and were enjoying our convo...

Bistro Roca is a must when visiting the Blowing Rock area. My family and I had the best meal of our trip there. The service was great and the food was even better. We ate in the main dining room but the bar area was very energetic with locals enjoying their meal and libations. Lots of local family dog pictures on the walls in the bar which we loved 🐾. We will be back 😋
