This was a fabulous place! We love historic hotels and this one did not disappoint. Gorgeous old world touches - original woodwork, authentic artifacts from the earliest years of the hotel displayed, along with newspaper articles and the history of the hotel and the area. Such a delight! Live music on Saturday and Sunday was a real treat! The best part was the service - everyone here was so nice and friendly and we were well-taken care of. We would love to go back!

What an awesome hidden gym! We where driving up the mountain and the fog was so heavy, we couldn’t see two feet in front of us. This inn provided the perfect opportunity for us to pull over for the night until it was safe to drive again. Historic beauty all around!

Enjoyed the piano stylings of Charlie Ellis and a nicely made cocktail in the lobby. Green Park is practically a museum of that gilded age elegance we're too young to have lived (unless you're over 100!). I'd recommend as a relaxed, romantic night out for a couple.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The bar and bartender is amazing. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. We checked in on New years Eve and the young lady at the front desk was very dry and short with me. The food in the Chestnut Grill was the worst dinner and breakfast that we have ever had in all of our years of travel. I highly recommend staying at the hotel. But,eat elsewhere.
