This is just a venue that can be used by private production companys to host private/public events. It is entirely up to the event production/food vendors at each various event. Check accordingly.

The Venue usually has its own security guards, though screening is pretty strict, lot of MJ gets in. I would say at least 15 and up. Small lids not advised.

No horse racing. They do have a,yearly orange show which is similar to the LA county fair but somewhat smaller. And they do have alot of different events. Look up orange show.
