Always great friendly great service --- last two cuts have been top quality --- last one from Julia was awesome --- always get the MVP and please utilize online check in --- just easier --- there was a guest huffing and puffing in the waiting area --- about waiting ..... but the staff remained super friendly and everyone who took time to check in was taken care of like clock work exactly how it supposed to be ---

The lady that cut my hair was very nice but my haircut was not good at all. She didn't blend my hair very well and it was all uneven. I went somewhere else to get it fixed the next day. Wasted 50 dollars.

The online check in system is a joke! Don't trust the time or think you're going to get your hair cut the day you plan to get your hair cut. Maybe making a time reservation a day in advance would fix this. Seems too easy.

If I could give Grace their stylist a zero I would. I took in my 14-year-old just now (4.14.2022) and my son told her exactly what he wanted and she proceeded to cut his long hair more than 2 inches beyond what he wanted. She didn’t even wash and shampoo his hair for what we paid. He wanted his hair to touch the middle of his nose and she cut his hair uneven above his eyebrows. She then argued with me when I complained how short she went. Tiffany was very nice and tried to diffuse the situation as well as the manager whom I spoke to on the phone. I did receive a refund but in no means does that resolve the situation. Then I spoke to the owner who called within 15 minutes of what happened and he apologized but it still doesn’t fix the situation of the terrible haircut my son received. We have been a client of this location since they opened and will never go back because of this experience. *After seeing the response from "Management" its quite funny that Grace is still working there after the owner Kenny Rogers said she wouldn't be working there anymore. DO BETTER!!
