I am a dasher it is 2:30am in the morning I got in line before 2 o'clock got to the window and the store couldn't find the order so we had to give them my phone so they could make the order. So I am sure it will be atleast another 20 minute wait. Which effect the score we get from door dash and my rating. I can see a couple crew members walking around and stocking stuff instead of helping the other staff compete this order. Normally I wouldn't complain but there is no sense of urgency going on at this location as well as no customer service what's so ever.

If I could give this McDonalds and their staff a negative ten I would. Don’t waist your time ordering ahead, they will not allow you to come in to pick up your food in the lobby. If you order curb side they won’t bring it to you and are forcing everyone to use the drive through for mobile orders. The lobby’s been closed for the past month. With everyone being forced to use the drive through it’s impossible to get out of the parking lot if you do attempt to use curbside. I can understand being understaffed and not allowing customers to eat in the lobby but pick up orders should still be allowed to be picked up at the counter like instructed on the app. The staff is unapologetic, lazy and extremely unprofessional

This is the 3rd time in a row (over the last four weeks) that I went to this location, craving a caramel frappe. Only to be told it isn't available. Tonight's excuse was they had no espresso, or ice cream. WhatTheHell. Then, to drive the mere 4 minutes home, to have the fries so old and cold, I could NOT chew them. I should have known better, when I saw how they packaged up my filetOfish.

We Walked in and received service with out ant waite. You might have been there when a shift change was under way. No excuses they should have helped you out.
